We value our customers and strive to provide a positive shopping experience from the moment an order is placed to the moment it is received. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed through our payment processor.

Some handmade pieces may require additional production time of approximately 3–5 business days before shipment. Customers will be notified if additional production time is required.

Processed orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

If an order contains items requiring additional production time, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are completed and ready for dispatch.

At this time, Barak Creations_Art ships within Jamaica only. International shipping services are currently being prepared and will be available soon.

Shipping fees vary based on package weight and destination and are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including names, addresses, contact numbers, and delivery details, is accurate and complete before placing an order. Barak Creations_Art is not responsible for delays, lost packages, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Barak Creations_Art currently offers shipping only and does not provide local pickup or collection services.

Sabbath Observance

Barak Creations_Art observes the Sabbath and is closed from 12:00 AM Friday to 6:00 PM Saturday.

During this period, purchases are unavailable through our website, and order processing will resume on the next business day.

Orders placed outside of business hours, including weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, and final-sale items are not eligible for cancellation, return, replacement, or refund.

Custom, personalized, and special-order items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All sales are final.

Returns are only considered if:

• The customer receives an incorrect item; or

• The item contains a verified defect resulting from workmanship or production by Barak Creations_Art.

Customers must contact Barak Creations_Art within 3 days of delivery to report any issue.

To request a return, customers must provide the following:

• Clear photographs of the item;

• Photographs showing the reported defect or issue;

• Any additional information requested for review.

All approved returns must be sent back with the original jewelry box, pouch, and all original packaging materials. Returns that do not include the original packaging may be denied.

Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, accidents, improper storage, improper care, modifications, or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Replacement Policy

Where a return request is approved, Barak Creations_Art will provide a replacement item.

The original item must be returned and received before a replacement is shipped.

Barak Creations_Art will cover return shipping and replacement shipping costs for approved claims involving verified defects or incorrect items.

If the original item is no longer available or cannot reasonably be replaced, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Barak Creations_Art.

Returned Packages & Incorrect Addresses

If an order is returned due to:

• An incorrect address provided by the customer;

• Refusal of delivery; or

• Failure to collect the package,

Barak Creations_Art will not issue a refund.

Customers may request that the order be reshipped; however, all additional shipping costs associated with the reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, Barak Creations_Art is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged in transit by the carrier.

However, we will assist customers in filing claims and provide available shipping information whenever possible.

Handmade Items

Each Barak Creations_Art piece is handmade and unique.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, slight variations in color, wire wrapping, bead placement, gemstone patterns, material characteristics, and other design elements may occur.

These variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
